As many businesses in the front-lines adjust to new standards of sanitation, The Maple Tree Inn has committed to raising its own high standards of cleanliness to a greater extent during this challenging time. It is our utmost priority to provide the cleanest, most comfortable stay for every guest. This new protocol is called Clean Seal.

Clean Seal has been implemented by our Housekeeping and Front Desk staff with the rigors of the most up-to-date health safety guidelines per The Santa Clara County Department of Health, CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) policies. Some of the new policies which will be implemented are:
All visitors to the property are screened before being granted access.
We temporarily discontinued daily housekeeping services to guests staying multiple nights.
Guest rooms remain untouched for twenty-four hours between guests.
All minor items in each room, including pencils, stationery, water bottles, and spare pillows/blankets, will be removed from each room for a sterilized atmosphere. We can provide sanitized supplies upon request at the front desk.
Each room is carefully cleaned with disinfectant products by cleaning staff wearing gloves and medical masks.
The restrooms are cleaned with disinfectant solutions, all cloth materials from bedding to draperies are cleaned or dry-cleaned regularly and exposed to Ultraviolet lamp for fifteen minutes.
A room service additional anti-viral disinfectants to all surfaces and careful focus on commonly touched areas of the room.
The hotel uses an Ultraviolet germicidal lamp as well as an Ozone Machine for fifteen minutes to ensure the cleanest space.
Once the room is fully sanitary, each room is carefully inspected sealed then receives a Clean Seal approval for your protection.

It is now policy to require all guests to wear face-coverings in common areas. (strictly enforced)
Each common area, and all surfaces, are disinfected every 2 hours.
An Electro-Static sprayer with a disinfectant solution is in use.
Lobby furnishings have been removed to avoid grouping in the common areas.
A thermometer is available in the lobby for convenience.
Hand sanitation is now readily available in more public areas.
Face-masks and hand sanitizer will be available upon check-in.
Complimentary breakfast and evening reception are temporarily unavailable.
