Upon arrival Candance at the front desk was EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful. Not only was service supplied with a smile, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. When we had questions about the availability of Gluten Free options at the included breakfast, she not only assured us there would be plenty she also gave us her favorite selections. The only suggestion would be to switch outsourced room service providers. The company was VERY rude when we attempted to make a selection that was not on the menu, though both menus provided in the room said they should be. However, once again when we called Candance for assistance she was apologetic and immediately offered an alternative. We will DEFINATELY stay here again.
