It is our goal to meet the special needs of guests traveling to the San Jose area and staying at the Maple Tree Inn. The following information is provided to inform our special needs guests about the accessibility features our hotel offers. In order so that you may properly represent our accessibility policy, please be advised that our accessible features are as follows:
We provide 3 types of accessible guestrooms: Queen Wheelchair, Queen ADA, and King ADA. Please visit our accessible rooms page for detailed information on these room types.
Areas Of The Hotel Providing Accessibility:
All areas of the parking lot are wheelchair or ramp accessible. All paths or travel to the elevator, lobby, breakfast area, fitness room, guest laundry, guest computer, meeting rooms, vending, ice machines and public bathrooms are accessible to wheelchairs. The elevator, vending machines and ice machines are accessible to wheelchairs on the ground, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
Maple Tree Inn is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website, www.MapleTreeInn.com, for people with disabilities. Maple Tree Inn will be implementing over time the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (“WCAG 2.0 AA”).
